By booking, scheduling, or purchasing advisory services from infraSTRISIS Labs™ (operated by Corrie Al Momani), including Diagnostics, Sprints, or Operations Audits, you agree to the Terms and Conditions provided at the time of purchase or included directly within your client onboarding materials.

The comprehensive agreement governs payment policies, strict confidentiality, proprietary intellectual property boundaries, specific advisory scopes, professional disclaimers, and legal dispute resolution.

Intellectual Property: infraSTRISIS Labs™ reserves all rights to its custom methodology, core diagnostic frameworks, procedural templates, models, agent-assisted prompt sets, workflows, and deliverables. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or derivation is strictly prohibited.

General Use Terms

All public content, typography, branding, and services information displayed on this website are the property of infraSTRISIS Labs™ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may access this public site for informational purposes only. You may not scrape, clone, or mirror any public operational or service descriptions to construct a competing service or framework.

Cognitive Sovereignty & AI Governance

infraSTRISIS Labs™ utilizes MySamurAI™ — a proprietary AI governance framework operating under the B.E.E.F. Doctrine (Boundaries, Evidence, Ethics, Function) — for internal data structuring, diagnostic analysis, and deliverable development.

Corrie Al Momani is the sole human steward, reviewer, and final authority on all client-facing deliverables produced by or with the assistance of MySamurAI™. No AI agent operating within the infraSTRISIS™ framework is authorized to speak for, execute decisions on behalf of, or independently manage client data without explicit human review and approval at each stage.

All AI-assisted work product is subject to human governance review prior to delivery. infraSTRISIS Labs™ does not operate autonomous or unconstrained AI agents in any client-facing capacity. The MySamurAI™ framework exists expressly to preserve cognitive sovereignty — both the firm's and the client's — throughout every engagement.
